ALL ABOUT ME

 I have been teaching for 28 years and I am thrilled to be your child's kindergarten teacher this year!  It will be a year of many firsts and you will be amazed at their growth by the end of this year. 

I began my teacher career at KECC in Kirkwood where I grew up.  Then, I moved to Savannah where I taught Pre-K and Kindergarten in elementary and high schools. During my time in Savannah I began working on my reading certificate.  We returned to Kirkwood after I had my first son.  At this time I began my career at Old Bonhomme where I taught kindergarten for nine years before moving up to first (7 years).  Last year I was lucky enough to return to kindergarten!

My husband and I now have three teenagers and four pets! We love to travel, camp, take photographs, create, and explore. Here are a few snapshots I thought the kids might like to see of my family and I on some of our adventures...
